Private Core Energetics sessions with Barra Kahn has been, for me, about as good as it gets in terms of personal growth and integration of the mind-body- emotions-spirit dynamic. Barra provides a safe environment where I can be who I am — happy, despondent, elated, grief-stricken, whatever.

Core Energetics sessions with Barra has helped me to get there, through a combination of physical processes which helped my body to feel itself and balance itself, which helped my emotions held in the muscles and cells to be released and expressed, and which got the energy moving through various blockages, ancient and new, I wasn't even consciously aware were there. Talk is also an important component of Barra's sessions, but the main event are the physical processes.
